March 2025Nice place, can’t check in after midnight.
Our flight was delayed and we got there after midnight and everything was closed. Luckily we found a sister resort nearby and they were able to get us keys to get in but it all took another hour or so just to get in. No where in any of the info did they state we wouldn’t be able to get in despite calling the customer service line multiple times informing them we were going to arrive late. Wish they would have said this on their information. A couple late night parties across the way no one seemed to manage either but overall decent place with nice weight room and pool area. ”
