March 2026Great Vacation on St. George Island
It has a great location and a quick walk to the beach. We didn't realize that the vast majority of the homes were built on "stilts" and if someone had issues with stairs, it would be difficult to take luggage up and down the stairs to get into the main door. The master bedroom and master bathroom were amazing for the comfort and convenience, and we only had two of us, and the other bedrooms looked great. The kitchen is spacious and modern. But with the colder weather, we were surprised that there was only seating at the kitchen sink area for three people to eat at a time., and sometimes we travel with all of our family of four adults and four children and it would have been difficult on seating for indoor eating. We presume that the picnic table outside the entry door on the top deck is where others would sit down to eat during nicer weather. We were hoping to swim in the pool but it is not heated at this time and the hot tub is not available to use by guests. The lower game activity and bunk area was amazing for kids to use. ”
