November 2023Excellent stay at a first class resort
From the time we arrived at the Ritz Carlton Club and were greeted with welcome cocktails to the time we left, it was a fantastic experience. Staff are all friendly and professional, and whatever we needed was addressed immediately. Housekeeping ladies SO sweet and helpful. Morning coffee and afternoon cookies in the lobby were delicious and such a nice touch. After we checked out and left for the dock to take a water taxi to Tortola, my husband discovered he left his hat in our villa. We normally would have just written it off, but since he had some skin issues and we were going to be on a sailboat for another week, we called the resort to see if they found the hat so we could grab a taxi to come back and retrieve it. Not only had they found the hat, but a staff member brought it to us and delivered it at the dock. Talk about customer service! There's a reason Four Seasons is legendary for it's first-class hospitality! We hope to return to this property at some point in the future.”
