Sunsets of Sedona | A Sophisticated Desert Retreat

Highlights
• Recently reimagined Sedona residence with sophisticated interiors, expansive gathering spaces, and panoramic red rock views

• Exceptional outdoor setting with a private pool, hot tub, pool bar, outdoor kitchen, sunken fire pit, and multiple lounge and dining areas

• Prime central location within walking distance of Airport Vortex and moments from Sedona’s renowned trails, dining, and galleries

Commanding panoramic views of Sedona’s iconic red rock formations, this beautifully reimagined residence offers a refined private retreat in one of the area’s most convenient settings. Following an extensive recent renovation, the home balances sophisticated design with generous spaces for gathering, wellness, and entertainment—all within walking distance of Airport Vortex and close to Sedona’s celebrated trails and restaurants.

The interiors are defined by soaring 20-foot ceilings, walls of glass, and an abundance of natural light, allowing the surrounding landscape to become part of the home itself. A beautifully appointed kitchen anchors the main level and is exceptionally well equipped for larger groups, with two full-size refrigerators, two ovens, two dishwashers, a commercial ice maker, and additional refrigeration. Multiple dining and living spaces provide an effortless setting for both intimate evenings and time spent together.

The residence unfolds across three thoughtfully arranged levels. The primary suite is a particularly serene retreat, opening onto a private balcony and accompanied by a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, generous shower, and six-person sauna. A private fitness room adds another element of wellness, while additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations throughout the home.

The lower level introduces a more playful side of the residence, centered around a dedicated cinema with stadium seating, a 100-inch screen, JBL sound system, and Nintendo Switch. Outdoors, an elevated deck transitions to an expansive resort-style setting with a pool, hot tub, pool bar, outdoor kitchen, sunken fire pit, daybeds, and multiple spaces for dining and lounging.

Despite its sense of privacy, the home remains remarkably connected to Sedona. Airport Vortex is approximately a 10-minute walk away, Adobe Jack Trailhead is roughly half a mile from the property, and many of the area’s restaurants, shops, and attractions are within a few miles. From quiet mornings overlooking the red rocks to afternoons beside the pool and evenings beneath the desert sky, the residence offers an elevated yet relaxed way to experience Sedona.

Magical

My jaw dropped as soon as we walked into the home. The views from the living space are absolutely incredible. The kitchen is so beautiful and stocked for everything you could possibly need. We couldn't believe how big the house was, and were thrilled to find the sauna, game room, and workout room. The location is so close to everything. Every night we walked over to airport Mesa for sunset. We were just a short drive to the most amazing hikes, restaurants, and shops. Our trip was absolutely magical thanks to this beautiful home and I'm already dreaming of our return! ”

Phenomenal Stay!

What a phenomenal stay at Sunsets of Sedona, from the gourmet kitchen to the comfortable beds, well appointed gym, double story windowed dramatic setting of Sedona's red rock formations, and close proximity to Sedona's breathtaking sights. We enjoyed gourmet dining at Che-Ah-Chi at Enchantment Resort, riverfront dining at Cress on Oak Creek at L'Auberge de Sedona, as well as nearby Cowboy Club in the village. Wonderful local hiking, including Airport Loop and Airport Mesa Vortex Summit Trail. So highly recommend the magical property of Sunsets of Sedona!”
