The building consists of two adjacent apartments located side by side.
No shoes inside the house
No taking towels or kitchenware out of the house
No moving furniture
No drone videography on the property
No additional guests
No events or parties
Use the recycling bins provided
Open the bathroom window fully during and after shower use
No shoes in the washing or drying machines
Report any breakages or damage immediately
Only flush toilet paper down the toilet - no sanitary towels or anything else
Do not put sharp items like knives or scissors, or non-stick items like frying pans in the dishwasher
Workshop is off limits unless explicitly agreed
Clean all kitchen items and return them to their original place after usage, using the dishwasher and cleaning tools provided
Do not put hot pots, dishes, plates, mugs or cups directly on any surfaces - use the mats and coasters provided to protect furniture and paint
Do not attempt to adjust the underfloor heating system - ask the host
