Spectacular Apartment and Location

This place is a WOW! The apartment is bigger than some houses, the location on a quiet, tree-lined street is quintessential New York, and it is beautifully designed. The pictures do not do it justice. Lots to do within walking distance...cafes, restaurants, shops, museums...and midtown theaters are a short taxi ride away. Great communication with the owners, who are special people. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful apartment.”

Stunning Apartment on Central Park

This is easily one of my favorite ThirdHomes I’ve ever stayed at. Ashley’s apartment is huge, the biggest I’ve ever seen in New York. It is bright, extremely clean, beautifully laid out and the views out the big windows are wonderful. It was 106 degrees in the city and we were so appreciative of the air conditioning! The house is so clean that you can walk in white socks and they stay perfectly clean. Very appreciated that detail. The doormen were so classy and assisted us during our stay. I hope Ashley lets us come back for another stay, we are so grateful to her for opening up her home to us! ”
