The main floor includes the Master bedroom with a private porch and full lake views, master bath with stand up shower and soaking tub, his and her vanities, two additional bedrooms with a full and queen bed, half bath with shower, full kitchen, laundry room and a cozy sun-drenched living room with a beautiful stone fireplace. The entire first floor has floor-to-ceiling windows which look out over beautiful Lake Sinclair. The kitchen and den area has beautifully restored wood from the original house built in the '50s.

The porch which leads out the master bedroom and kitchen area has a large covered outdoor living area. This area has a gorgeous granite bar which seats 4, a sink, an icemaker, and a refrigerator. There are also tables for outdoor dining.

There is another master suite on the second floor with a king bed, full views overlooking the lake, his and her bathroom vanities, a game room for children, and two cozy built-in twin beds.

There is a sandy beach area with a stone fire pit down by the water with Adirondack chairs for nighttime campfires. The lake provides plenty of opportunities for relaxing, fishing, tubing, skiing, swimming, and reconnecting with loved ones. Lake Sinclair has public boat ramps available for use.

Sitting on the dock of the lake

The house was well-kept up in a great location on the lake. The outside deck was the gem of the property. It was a great place to hang out, look at the lake, have an evening drink and talk or watch TV It was also great fun to have coffee on the dock in the morning.
