warning/ Electricity in Italy is very expensive .AC should not be activated all time.
Electricity is included in the amount of 120 Kwh per day . The electric meter will be checked at check-in and check-
out of guest . Consumption exceeding the said amount shall be paid according to the rates of electricity supplier Edison.

Kitchen and veranda:
Please take care of the lacquered tables:
- do not place hot/warm dishes, glasses, cups, etc,
- do not use knives directly on the table
- clean with non-aggressive cleaning products and non-abrasive sponges

Rubbish:
There is a rubbish bin for your waste in the kitchen:
- do not keep it outside the kitchen (given the presence of wild animals)
- please keep apart plastic and glass rubbish, to recycle it
- your rubbish will be taken away from the housemaid

Eating outside:
For eating and drinking, please use areas adjacent to your houses,
and do not leave food outside, given the presence of wild animals.

Pets:
Dogs are welcome upon request, in case of authorization please keep them on a lead and remove their droppings.

Playing ball games:
Please do not play ball games near the house, in the car park and around the swimming pool

Smoking:
smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms

Wind/rain:
In case of strong wind please close the umbrellas next to the swimming pool and in the terrace.
Moreover in case of rain please take off the cushions of the terrace, you can put them in the veranda

Linen:
The linen of the house is washed exclusively by the staff of the house .
