June 2026What an Idyllic retreat!!
The views from this house are all mesmerizing! I could sit all day on the upstairs porch. It almost feels like you are on a boat. The cottage is charming and filled with antiques, art and everything you need for a week long getaway. Tony and Ken were very responsive and we were very comfortable. Shelter Island really is different from the North or South Forks of Long Island. Unspoiled and laid back. Getting on to ferries was easy being that we were there in early June before the crowds start. Restaurants are top drawer. We would love to return.”

July 2025Shelter Island haven
We had an amazing 1 week stay at this very cozy, quaint, well adorned home. It is perfect for a couple, for a couple with 2 small children and for a couple who have a couple friends for a short stay over. The location was perfect for a stay on the island or even for short ferry rides to and fro Sag Harbor or Greenport. The house offers picturesque views of the Westmoreland Bay. The kitchen had everything you'd need and want. The living area is sufficient for quiet evenings. The guest room has a queen bed comfortable for 2. There are 2 full bathrooms and even an outdoor shower. The showers are brand new. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are spacious. The king bed was so comfortable and the shower again was perfect. There's a washer and dryer brand new. The best part is the deck off the primary bedroom. Uhhh! So beautiful and peaceful. We could not have asked for a better view. Beautiful and serene and so tastefully decorated. I highly recommend this place. I would come back in a minute! Oh! I almost forgot! The bike rides were safe and plentiful. The restaurants are both high end and casual and the beach is a stone throw away! I cannot say enough about how wonderful our week was here. Thank you.”
