Outstanding Decor, well stocked kitchen, huge patios

We loved this condo. The decor is very tasteful and interesting with treasures from around the world. The bedrooms are very cozy, all with en-suite bathrooms, and are separate from each other for privacy The kitchen and pantry were equipped with everything we needed. It is about 20-30 minutes out side of the LV Strip- but that is known and what we wanted. We planned a raft trip near the Hoover dam and the location was perfect. ”

WOW!! What an amazing stay!!

We were blown away with our stay at Dave and Stephanie's villa. Everything about their place and the thought put into it's furnishings and attention to detail was over the top. They have thought of everything to make our stay an amazing experience. The pictures don't do it justice. We found ourselves wondering often, how can anyone share a home this nice for just a few keys. Their communication was great before, and after our stay and the fact that they personally checked in with us during our stay was so thoughful. The community around their home and Lake Las Vegas was a great place to take walks and everyone there is friendly. After countless stays in short term rental, we don't remember any stay as nice as this one. We hope to stay in touch on a personal level in the future. Thank you! Jim & Patty B”

Our wonderful stay in Lake Las vegas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Stylish Lake Las Vegas Retreat. The hosts truly thought of everything—every amenity we could hope for (and more) was provided. Dave and Stephanie were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and the detailed guide they shared answered every possible question (including restaurant suggestions) before we even had to ask. The home itself is in a peaceful, quiet location with beautiful views, making it the perfect place to relax. As much as we’d love to offer suggestions for improvement, we honestly don’t have a single one. Everything was wonderful!”

Exceptional Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The home is gorgeously decorated. The bathroom is beautiful, the beds were comfortable. The area is so gorgeous with lots of local restaurants within 3-5 mins drive. It’s only about 25 mins from the strip & 2 hours from the Grand Canyon. Thanks to Dave for being such a warm, kind host. ”

Lovely Home

We had a great time exploring the Lake Las Vegas area. The accommodations were lovely. Comfortable and clean. Great kitchen for cooking. Outdoor patios with misters and top notch comfy beautiful furniture. Organic cotton crisp linens. Enjoyed the lakeside downtown area. Reasonable drive to the strip but we only went there one night so not a big deal. We were there to relax at the pool. That was the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. The pool area itself was beautiful and well appointed with nice loungers etc but I’m thinking the pool doesn’t get used often so the cleaning services weren’t stellar. My husband and I cleaned the pool daily for our group. This is run by the HOA so likely difficult for an owner to control but hopefully they can get that figured out. Otherwise we were happy to have been their first Third home guests. The owners were pleasant and very responsive and I’m sure will get any little issues figured out making this an amazing addition to the Third Home platform. ”
