The villa accommodates up to six guests across approximately 1,000 square feet.

The open-plan living and dining area overlooks the pool through broad sliding glass doors. A fully equipped kitchen supports meals at home, while a 42-inch television, satellite channels, DVD player, sound system, and high-speed wireless internet provide everyday convenience. All living and sleeping spaces are air conditioned.

Each en suite bedroom features a king bed, though the suites are positioned in separate areas of the property. One is located upstairs above the main living area and requires stair access. The second occupies a detached pavilion across the pool, offering additional privacy. Bathrooms include bathtubs, double vanities, rain showers, and secluded outdoor shower areas. A queen pull-out sofa provides sleeping space for two additional guests.
