April 2026Nice apartment in Raval. Great location. Responsive owners/team.
This is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment (on the first floor) that has been updated recently. The owner, Teppo, was very responsive in addressing questions and helping with logistics. Housekeepers were also available to assist with check-in and check-out. The apartment has a great location in El Raval, close to Drassanes metro station, the Rambla, Boqueria Market, and Gaudi's Palau Gruell. The owners were transparent about ongoing construction in the building and the neighborhood during day time hours. We clearly saw this activity and could hear starting around 8am, but it wasn't overly disruptive, and never occurred during the evening. We did have some heating/cooling issues with the unit while there (in-floor heat had not been turned off for summer) and AC was on, but unable to keep up with in floor heat (the apartment was unusually hot). They were working to fix this as we checked out. Once local construction is completed and thermostat issues have been resolved, this will be a 4.5-5 star location. We stayed for 3 days at the end of April. Michael/Ellen.”
