October 2025Pretty Amazing!
Because all our planned companions fell through at the last minute, we had this place to ourselves as a couple. What a treat! This was a rainy season visit, and there was plenty of rain and some spectacular lightning storms. But plenty of sun and warmth as well. Plenty of room if you had 12+ in your group. Gorgeous pool and landscaping, big kitchen and dining area, comfortable and spacious bedrooms. We felt like millionaires, swimming, relaxing, and playing pickleball on our own tennis court. The place is well maintained and recently renovated. Very comfortable and modern, although could do with a few more interior sitting spots if you had a really large group. Lots of parakeets and other birds, so green and lush, and quiet (except when the howler monkeys drop by for a bit). Be aware though that this place is really, really remote. And the last couple of miles of dirt road to get here are pretty slow and rough (although this rainy season), and we were very glad to have 4 wheel drive. That said, it is only a few slow, bumpy miles to Tamarindo and groceries etc. And once you make it ... wow!!”

October 2025Immaculately beautiful property
The home is absolutely beautiful - the backyard is meticulously maintained. The only thing I wish we would have known in advance is the roads are absolutely terrible. It is in a very remote location, however I would still give this beautiful property 5 stars!”
