It is a wonderfully restored 17th-century Grade II listed property crafted from iconic Cotswold stone. Blending original character with modern comfort, this spacious retreat offers an elegant base just a few miles from Burford — the gateway to the Cotswolds. It is perfectly located for the numerous activities and sites that this historic area has to offer, many within only a 5-30 minute drive.

Sleeping up to 11 guests, the barn features four flexible bedrooms with Super King or Twin configurations and additional single beds to accommodate larger groups. Two stylish bathrooms (including one with a walk-in shower) and a downstairs WC ensure comfort for all, with sofa beds available for those requiring ground-floor access.

The interior showcases exposed beams, stone mullion windows, and a welcoming wood-burning stove, while modern amenities such as superfast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs with streaming services provide all the essentials for a relaxing stay. A well-equipped kitchen diner, utility room, and a cosy Snug with table football and children’s furniture and toys complete the layout.
