Vineyard Views and Coastal Luxury in Flinders

Perched on five idyllic acres of rolling Mornington Peninsula countryside, this exceptional private residence commands panoramic views over vineyards, native bushland, Western Port Bay, and Phillip Island beyond. Seamlessly merging modern architecture with its natural surroundings, the estate is a study in refined luxury. A curated selection of elevated outdoor spaces—including an expansive pool and jacuzzi terrace and a championship tennis court—are perfectly positioned to capture the grandeur of the landscape while ensuring complete privacy and serenity.

Inside, the home exudes a sophisticated, gallery-like ambiance with wide hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and internal glass balustrades that lend an airy, contemporary elegance. The expansive living area is anchored by a traditional wood-burning fireplace, while an adjoining dining room, warmed by a gas hearth, opens onto a winter-ready deck ideal for fireside entertaining. A chef’s kitchen fitted with state-of-the-art Gaggenau appliances and a sleek island breakfast bar offers both function and flair, supported by a generous walk-in pantry and servery windows that connect seamlessly to the outdoor entertaining deck.

The residence offers five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with captivating views that blur the line between interior comfort and exterior beauty. The lower-level parents' retreat is a sanctuary unto itself, boasting a rain shower en suite, a fully fitted dressing room, and a glass-wrapped bedroom space that frames the landscape like a living painting. An additional private studio—complete with its own lounge, kitchenette, walk-in robe, and sun-soaked deck—offers flexible living for guests or extended family in search of privacy and tranquility.

The estate grounds are equally enchanting, transitioning from landscaped lawns and orchard plantings to undisturbed native bushland that gently descends to the tranquil banks of Musk Creek. A home office with a private entrance, utility room with wine storage, under-house storage, and a large shed provide exceptional practicality without compromising the refined design. Every detail—from the integrated Bose sound system and climate control to the security features and sustainable water storage—has been thoughtfully executed to deliver a lifestyle of effortless sophistication.

Set just minutes from the heart of Flinders Village, the residence enjoys unrivaled access to some of Victoria’s finest coastal and culinary experiences. Award-winning wineries, gourmet farm gates, boutique shops, and pristine beaches lie just beyond the front gate. Whether exploring the iconic Mornington Peninsula trails, indulging in fine dining, or watching the sun dip below the horizon from your private deck, this is a retreat designed to elevate every moment.

Tennis, Spa, and Birdsong

I visited with a group of tennis players who were preparing for a tournament. We were thrilled to find a home that had not just a tennis court onsite, but one with lights for use at any hour. Having the jacuzzi available to recover after a match was icing on the cake. The home is comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. There was plenty of space and equipment to make home-cooked meals, multiple dining spaces, a large table that worked great for board games, a Bose bluetooth sound system to create ambiance, and multiple areas to gather socially for a game of table tennis or a chat over a glass of wine. The location is excellent if you want peace and quiet. The home is on a nice parcel of hilly land with only one visible neighbour, the area is rife with birds of all varieties, and several wineries are a short drive away. While the house is not set up specifically for rental and therefore does not have a home and amenities guidebook on hand, the owner was readily available by phone throughout our stay to help us get the lay of the land, always replying quickly and in good cheer. We were able to collaboratively troubleshoot challenges with utilities and get them resolved within a day, and I'm confident this will get smoother with each ensuing guest. ”
