A Beautiful Parisian Home in the Perfect Neighborhood

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful Parisian loft! The apartment itself is gorgeous, full of character and charm, and very well equipped. We especially appreciated being on the ground floor, which made arriving and departing with luggage incredibly easy. The location was one of our favorite things about the stay. The street itself is remarkably quiet and peaceful, yet within just a few minutes of walking you are surrounded by fantastic restaurants, cafés, shops and wonderful Parisian neighborhoods to explore. We loved being away from the heavily touristy areas and getting to experience a more residential side of Paris while still having so much right outside our door. A couple of things that future guests may want to be aware of: the loft does not have air conditioning, which is worth knowing if visiting during the warmer summer months. Fans were provided, but Paris was quite hot during our August stay. Also, while the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no functioning freezer, so plan accordingly if you normally use one or like to have ice available. We purchased a bag of ice at a very close supermarket every couple of days and kept it in the refrigerator until melted. Easy fix! We spent a lot of our time exploring Paris on foot and found the loft to be a wonderful home base. For destinations farther away, the Metro was easy to use, and we also had a car during our stay and were able to park in a nearby underground garage. Pierre was a wonderful host, and we thoroughly enjoyed both this beautiful home and the neighborhood. In fact, we enjoyed this part of Paris so much that we have already talked about returning next year to continue exploring everything we didn't have time to see on this visit. We would absolutely recommend this lovely Parisian home to other ThirdHome members. Five stars!”

A perfect Parisian stay in the heart of Le Marais

We had a wonderful stay at the Paris loft. The host was very responsive and gave us a warm welcome, which made our arrival smooth and enjoyable. The loft is ideally located in the heart of the city, in the Marais distric, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Place des Vosges and close to the fantastic Musée Carnavalet. It’s also very convenient for getting around, with easy access to the metro (underground) nearby. Thank you so much for hosting us, we truly enjoyed our time and would happily return!”
