Amazing Villa and an Unforgettable Beach in Barú

Our stay in Barú was overall wonderful. The villa itself is beautiful and very well equipped. It has a lovely swimming pool, great outdoor areas, and a barbecue that we really enjoyed using. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had all the appliances we needed, which made the stay very easy and relaxing. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the beach. It was absolutely incredible, crystal clear water and pristine sand. We were probably the only people staying in the condominiums during that time, so it often felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves, which made the experience even more special. The only small downside is related more to the location than the villa itself. There is a Sofitel hotel within the resort, but unfortunately guests staying in the villas cannot access the hotel facilities. Also, there isn’t much to do around the house, and exploring the surrounding area is somewhat limited. Access to the house after sunset is not recommended due to safety concerns, so it’s important to plan movements during the day. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the comfort of the villa and the incredible beach.”

Barú Stay

House was nice layout and plenty baños, however place was not clean and ready for our visit. Advertised with coffee pot, but only a kettle to boil coffee was there. Advertised access to the adjacent Hotel, but the hotel would not allow our visit. Swimming pool and hot tub were both good. WiFi and media options okay. One hour from Cartagena.”
