The Villa encompasses a main house with an approximately construction of 450 m2. The first level of the residence offers a lobby opening to glass walls and water mirror, followed by the swimming pool and incredible views.

The open floor kitchen offer views of the water mirrors of the front and back of the house and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Following this area you find, a family TV room, the dining room, interior sitting areas and everything connected to decks surrounding the home. Additionally you will have a sunbathing deck, laundry room, BBQ terrace and infinity edge swimming pool.
