July 2026Gem of beauty in Slovenia!!!
We had a perfect stay at Residence Soca. The location is ideal for fly fishing (10 minutes) and hiking by the beautiful river. We loved the short walk to the market in Soca for groceries or a glass of wine or beer. The church bells were a soothing reminder of a special place. The unit was clean and perfectly appointed for the four adults. Dominika was a wealth of information and help prior to and during our visit. She provided the highest level of concierge service. We ate at two Michelin star restaurants; learned about the Soca front during WWI and WWII at an outdoor history tour and took many hikes (20 minutes to 5 hours). Highly recommend this hidden gem. ”
