This property is very private, nestled amongst beautiful trees, but a 2-minute WALK to the ocean. There is a heated pool, and the property is located close to town (5 minute drive). Over 2,000 square feet of mahogany deck with ocean and garden views. Amazing chef’s kitchen and everything you need for entertaining. SONOS stereo wifi sound system throughout the home, with controls for each room, and Apple TV's on each floor. There is an entertainment center on the 1st floor.

The middle floor is the main entertaining and dining area, and dining for 9. It opens to a large deck with garden views, has outdoor seating for 10, and a family-sized grill.

The master bedroom is located on the upper floor, is very private, and has two separate private outdoor decks with pergolas and high-end outdoor furniture, an en-suite bathroom, and ocean views. It also has a king-size bed, wood-burning stove, and built-in TV with full cable and DVD player.

There are also two other bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, the other with a full over full bunk bed, and each of these bedrooms has direct access to a large deck with garden views.

The lower floor is an entertainment center with a 3D TV, DVD/Blue-ray station, many DVDs, including 3D movies, and access to a large deck overlooking the lawn area. This lower floor also has a steam shower bathroom.

There is WiFi throughout the house and decks. The large and private property provides almost 2 acres of summer fun.

Beach parking pass available for four private lots in Hither Hills. But parking passes are unnecessary as you can walk 2 minutes from the house to your private beach.

Located at the tip of the South Fork peninsula of Long Island, Montauk is a paradise and our home is an oasis that is close to the all the top sites.

The Montauk Point Light was the first lighthouse in New York state and is the fourth oldest active lighthouse in the United States.

Montauk is a major tourist destination and has six state parks. It is particularly famous for its fishing, claiming to have more world saltwater fishing records than any other port in the world. Located 20 miles off the Connecticut Coast.
