July 2026A Little Slice of Heaven
A distinguishing feature of the home, the Birches, is its beautiful location. You have a clear view of Cannon Mountain, overlooking a cluster of nature. This location added immensely to the charm and wonder of the experience—simple elegance. The home has a minimalist European feel but offers a variety of comforts, such as a movie room with plenty of space for napping; a space for stretching with a ballet barre; and a state-of-the-art kitchen, well equipped for making a Queen’s feast, which we did. The views are beautiful from every room. The host provides a detailed menu of things to do and see, along with instructions on how to optimize one’s stay in the house. We highly recommend Super-Secret Ice Cream, Polly’s Pancake House, and dinner in Littleton. Our guest enjoyed the whirlpool every day, sometimes twice, after a hike or a round of golf. We hosted a variety of friends for the week. Ultimately, this home is optimal for a family getaway, ensconced in a little slice of heaven. ”

June 2026Spectacular Mountain Retreat with Incredible Views
This was our family’s favorite vacation home to date and an exceptional place to experience the White Mountains. The first thing you’ll notice is the view. The mountain vistas from nearly every room are truly spectacular and create a feeling of being immersed in nature. Despite being located in a private community surrounded by trees, the home is surprisingly convenient to everything. It is only about 10 minutes from the interstate and within 15–20 minutes of several charming New Hampshire towns with excellent restaurants, shops, and markets. The location is ideal for exploring the region. We enjoyed easy access to hiking trails, lakes, rivers, state parks, scenic drives, and many of the White Mountains’ most popular attractions. The home itself is incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed for families and groups. Our children especially loved the theater room, bunk beds, hot tub, and yoga room. The home also feels exceptionally high-end, with luxury finishes and thoughtful details throughout. Features such as the induction cooktop, marble and natural stone surfaces, dedicated gear room, and quality furnishings gave the property the feel of a luxury mountain retreat rather than a typical vacation rental. What makes this property special is the combination of privacy, convenience, luxury, and amenities. It feels like a secluded mountain retreat, yet it serves as a perfect home base for exploring the area. We would happily return and highly recommend this home to other ThirdHome members looking for an unforgettable White Mountains getaway.”
