The Residence

The single-level main house is bathed in natural light, with large windows that frame sweeping valley views from every room. Inside, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms and three full bathrooms, plus a family room that doubles as a gathering space for games, movies, or even extra sleeping. The kitchen, dining room, and intimate bar flow together seamlessly, creating a communal heart of the home where meals and moments are shared.

Immersed in Nature

Beyond the main house, two outdoor pods invite a deeper connection to Napa’s natural beauty, they are private bedrooms and each pod is thermally controlled and offers serene views of oak groves and valley fog rolling through at night. A shared full bathroom with a rain shower provides comfort just steps from nature’s embrace.

Wellness & Rejuvenation

This estate was designed for deep restoration of body and mind. A spacious yoga and meditation deck welcomes group practices, private reflection, or outdoor exercise, surrounded by oak trees and valley views. For whole-body reset and recovery, guests can enjoy a “Banya” cycle which includes an 8-person cedar hot tub, an 8-person traditional hot sauna, and a 3-person 46 degree F cold plunge, all thoughtfully placed to offer privacy and a deeper sense of retreat. Indoors, a Peloton bike, weight set, TRX straps, and workout bench ensure that fitness can continue seamlessly.

Outdoor Living

Life here is best savored outdoors. Choose from three distinct dining spaces — a balcony table for 8 with sweeping views, a 10-seater al fresco dining space by the pool, or a more intimate 6-seater beside oak trees. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grill, burners, pizza oven, sink, and fridge makes entertaining effortless, while a central firepit and outdoor heaters extend gatherings late into cool Napa evenings. The saltwater swimming pool itself feels suspended among the treetops, with reclining benches for sun and shade, and twin swings for playful relaxation.

A Family Haven

Children are as welcome as adults here. A gated pool ensures safety, while a playground with see-saw, climbing gym, and swings invites adventure. The family room in the main house provides flexible space for play or naps.

Close to Napa Valley

This property is in rural Napa and is a 12-15 minute drive to the famous Caymus Winery, and 30-40 minutes from Napa town and many other world famous wineries. Having said that, we should warn you that most people who visit change their plans from winery-focused to calm and relaxation-focused time off.
