You may find yourself just wanting to relax instead on one of the three master porches people watching from the front as the tailgaters haul their supplies to the grove or enjoying the fireworks shooting at the baseball field from the back porch.

With three sets of French doors across the front, heart pine floors and 15 foot ceilings, you will find the home open and welcoming. The large granite island and chefs kitchen accommodates those who wish to cook during their stay. We also have two outdoor gas grills and luxury kitchen appliances for your use. The dining room table has room for six, or if you prefer to dine al fresco there is a cafe table on back porch as well as a four top on the upstairs balcony. We have a laundry room with LG Steam appliances for your use. Main level living area with fireplace, chess table, comfortable seating for five and flatscreen TV.

The king suite main level master has porch access, and the bath features an oversized jetted tub and a rain shower. Upstairs you will find a landing with fold out sofa, TV, Xbox Kinect and a game table. Each of the two guest bedrooms upstairs has their own private bathroom with oversized showers and balcony access.

The basement level of the home has an office area and king sized bed with a half bath. The party garage leads to an additional room with space for an air mattresses. The property is gated and you may park in the two car garage, in the drive or in front of the house. Extra parking is across the street.

You can walk almost anywhere, so plan to park your car and not need it again until you leave.
