On the lower level, two additional ensuite bedrooms offer privacy and comfort, while a new pool bathroom with terrace access adds convenience for sun-drenched days and family gatherings.

At the center of the residence is a chef’s kitchen that combines artistry and functionality. Outfitted with Sub-Zero refrigeration, Barazza ovens and induction cooktop, and a Miele dishwasher, it brings professional-grade performance to a sleek, sunlit setting. The wide island, custom millwork, and seamless flow make it ideal for both casual cooking and elegant entertaining, with abundant natural light filtering through expansive glazing.

Dining unfolds across thoughtfully designed spaces that encourage connection. Indoors, a custom-built banquette seats up to eight for family meals or late-night conversation, while the adjacent balcony offers open-air dining with views of the garden and golf course. The kitchen island accommodates three to four guests for coffee, cocktails, or impromptu tastings, creating a natural gathering point throughout the day.

* We do not have a membership to the Reserva Conchal Beach Club. This means you cannot use the Beach Club pool or gym.

You can, however, dine at the Beach Club Restaurant, book treatments at the Spa, and book tee times for golf at the Robert Trent Jones Championship Golf Course.

Our home has its own private pool, our community has a private clubhouse with a pool, and the beautiful waters of Conchal Beach await you.

Air Conditioning
To keep our air conditioning working properly, please set the thermostat between 23-26°C (74-79°F). The system is designed to cool about 8-10°C below the outdoor temperature; lower settings won’t cool the space faster and can damage the equipment.

Please turn the AC off when you leave the property, and keep doors and windows closed while it’s running.

Please note: The thermostat is monitored remotely. If it’s set outside the recommended range or left running while the home is unoccupied, we will adjust it.
