The entire upper level of the house is the master bedroom suite. This bedroom retreat features a huge California king size pillow-top bed, walk in closet, massive en suite bathroom with spa shower, soaker tub and mountain view patio.

The cozy media room offers a 60' television and beautiful surround sound.

The home has state-of-the-art speakers throughout and wireless connectivity with Sonos. Control the music in every room with your smartphone! Play the same music throughout the home, or something different in every room!

Laundry room is located on ground floor. Santa Maria style hardwood barbeque and traditional gas barbeque located in side yard.

An impressive swimming pool , jacuzzi, a cabana with queen sized bed, a firepit, and an outdoor kitchen including BBQ, ice machine, outdoor dining area, beverage refrigerator, chilled beer dispenser and a sink have recently been added to the home.
