Besides the incredible downhill and cross country skiing, there is snow shoeing, Ice fishing, ice skating, sledding, snowmobiling and any other winter sport you can dream up!

In the summer you can pop out the back door to fish on Lake Dillon with an unbelievable view of the 10 mile range. There is fly fishing, horseback riding, hiking, golfing, and an extensive bike trail network. Sailing, boating, kayaking, and paddle boarding are available at the marina. A great local Farmers Market along with concerts all summer long at the Lake Dillon Amphitheater —all within walking distance.
