The kitchen is a gourmet chef dream, all applicances top end. They have black out curtains in the master and very comfortable bed. And then with just one button on the remote, the curtains all open to a beautiful ocean view. I look forward to coming back soon.”

Home was spectacular - everything exceeded expectations

This home was spectacular - everything exceeded expectations. Home was extremely clean and welcoming which is so appreciated during this time of COVID. We have never stayed in a place with such an amazing view of the ocean from all levels whether in the living room/kitchen or upstairs in master suite. The beds were so comfortable and the blackout blinds were amazing when wanting the full blackout effect but loved leaving the shades up too to wake up to the sights and sound of the ocean. The office setup and view made working enjoyable! The kids loved the downstairs TV room. We all enjoyed the outdoor patio area and fire pit, again with the amazing views. The home was well equipped with everything you would need especially the kitchen which allowed us to prepare meals so we could spend even more time in this amazing home! We would love to stay at this beautiful home again! We highly recommend it!”

Gorgeous home in Capitola

My husband and I celebrated our 33rd anniversary in this stunning home. This home has all the amenities that you could possible want and then some! We loved having coffee in the morning on the patio overlooking the ocean. Beautifully decorated and well designed to take advantage of the views. Within walking distance to Capitola and about a 35 minute drive to Monterey. We would definitely love to return. Melony Peverini”

This is a special property. Sitting up on a cliff near Santa Cruz, the home has an amazing view of Monterey Bay that you could never get tired of. It is a big, luxurious home, all new. Wonderful kitchen completely equipped with everything you could ever want. There is a lot to do in the area but we were never in a hurry to get out for the day. Sitting on the terrace looking out at the ocean was just so pleasant. Bennett is a wonderful host. Very responsive and provided great local recommendations. Strongly recommend this property!”

Amazing view of Monterey Bay from every room, the décor and design is fabulous. The home has the latest in amenities, kitchen is well equipped and stocked with anything you may need. Nice having the property located within walking distance (nice not to have to drive) to Capitola Village for shopping, lunching, dining, or a day at the beach. We watched beautiful sunsets while enjoying a glass wine out on the back patio, so relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa La Mar and loved everything about this home. Excellent! ”
