Description

Panoramic Mountain Apartment

Perched on the sun-drenched terrace of Saas-Fee at 1,900 meters, this exquisitely renovated apartment offers a rare blend of historic authenticity and refined contemporary comfort.

Originally part of a Valais house dating back to 1676, the residence has been thoughtfully reimagined using natural materials, rich wood, textured stone, and insulating sheep’s wool to create an atmosphere of understated alpine elegance. The result is a tranquil haven where centuries-old character meets sophisticated mountain living.

Inside, the spacious kitchen and living area serve as the heart of the home, anchored by a traditional wood-burning stove that invites quiet evenings and warm gatherings. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the two well-appointed bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub) to the separate shower toilets and a private bio-sauna—a sanctuary for rejuvenation after a day on the slopes. The layout is designed to accommodate up to five guests with ease, offering both intimacy and effortless flow.

Step outside to discover the property’s crowning feature: a magnificent terrace and outdoor seating area that commands unobstructed, panoramic mountain views. This elevated vantage point not only frames the majestic Alpine landscape but also enhances the home’s serene ambience, creating a seamless connection between refined interiors and the natural grandeur beyond. Here, in this exclusive setting, every moment is immersed in the quiet luxury of the Swiss Alps.
