There is included parking available in the underground parking deck underneath the condominium building and we have security cards to get you in and out of the building and into the parking deck.
The loft is walking distance to just about everything. There is a fresh and organic market, Alfalfa's, as well as to tons of amazing food and shops on Pearl street-- just a 3 minute walk away.
The bike path is just across Canyon Blvd and the bus station is also just a few blocks down. Necessities nearby include post office, pharmacy, banks/ATMs, and the luxurious St Julien Spa!
Eldora Mountain Ski Resort is located 21 miles west of Boulder, Colorado. Eldora is skiing, snowboarding, cross-country and snowshoe friendly!
