The Main House is arranged across two levels, with a vaulted family room, restored original hardwood floors, large river-facing windows and a smart television. A well-equipped kitchen supports meals at home, while a deck with several seating areas and a Weber gas grill extends the shared space outdoors.

Four bedrooms are divided between the Main House and the detached Little House. The Main House includes one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, while the Little House has a river-facing king bedroom, sitting area, television, mini-fridge and coffee maker. All reservations include both buildings, which are connected by the deck. Three bathrooms, laundry facilities, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning support a comfortable stay.

The Little House opens to its own deck area, where the year-round hot tub looks toward the river. Beyond the deck, the grounds include a lawn, hammocks, a chiminea by the water and a private river access point suitable for launching or taking out watercraft. The property is well suited to watching birdlife, relaxing outdoors and spending unhurried time along the riverbank.

Brown’s Canyon offers rafting, kayaking, paddleboarding and fly-fishing, while nearby hot springs provide an easy counterpoint to days outdoors. River Runners, a local rafting and adventure company, is within walking distance and operates seasonally. In winter, Monarch Mountain is approximately 40 minutes away, making River Haven an all-season base for the Arkansas Valley.
