A dedicated cinema/playroom adds a thoughtful family-friendly layer, with a 52-inch Smart LCD TV, toys, games and foosball table, great for keeping kids entertained when they not in the pool or down at the beach!

Villa Serena includes three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, each arranged for comfort, privacy, and flexibility. All three bedrooms feature king-size beds that can be configured as twin beds, making the layout well suited to couples, families, or mixed groups. The third bedroom is set within a separate self-contained guest suite with its own kitchenette, creating added independence for guests who prefer more privacy. Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the villa also offers fans throughout, a guest WC, laundry room and linen store, bedroom safes, hairdryers, beach towels, dressing gowns, and shower and body products.

Resort amenities are shared/community amenities and include the clubhouse restaurant and bar with infinity-edge pool. The Nonsuch Bay area conveniently has two additional excellent restaurants accessible by water taxi.

The three bedrooms are air-conditioned, and fans are provided throughout the villa. The cinema/playroom is also air-conditioned.
