great location

We enjoyed this roomy condo right on the beach. The walk down the beach to Bucerias was perfect distance to start the day off. There is a loop trail through lush gardens on the way back. We rented a car and ventured north to Sayulita and Mandarina as well as Punta Mita. The only draw back is the kitchen is not set up well. There was not even salt and pepper nor coffee. The lobby offered coffee only one day. There is a convenience store a few resorts away so we were pleased to have that nearby. The food shopping at La Comer was excellent. If they would a get better equipped kitchen with nicer cookware and all the things we typically get from our other Thirdhome stays it would get 5 stars.”

Great 2 BR Condo in Nuevo Vallarta.

Lovely Condo in Beautiful Complex with a few Drawbacks

The Condo was very nice. The Villa Estancia complex is perfectly located with wonderful amenities and staff. The drawbacks: The owner was difficult and non responsive in communication. For example emailed a couple of times if there were safes in the Condo. No response. (And yes, there are safes by the way.). Also, the kitchen wasn’t stocked with a thing. No salt and pepper, no coffee filters, no soap for the dishwasher, etc. First time we experienced this in a Third Home property.”

Great property... not so much their service

This is a nice property along with the sister property next door at the very Northern point of Nuevo Vallarta. There are two bedrooms, however the second bedroom is standalone and you have to cross the external entryway to access the living/dinning area of the other unit. Wifi is only accessible in pool area and main lobby... or if you are on balcony. Nice pools and you are literally right on the beach! Now the real cons... Service was notably absent! Maid service 2 out of seven days? Requests to repair broken microwave ignored repeatedly for 3 days. No laundry detergent, or dish washing soap in unit! Other guests we talked to had similar issues. Not up to 3rd home standards!”

Wonderful complex, excellent apartment

We had a fantastic week at the resort. Great location with immediate beach access, lovely pool with bar/restaurant including swim-up area. The apartment itself was well presented with lots of space. Definitely recommend to people for a relaxing week away from the real world!”
