Built in 2013 and set within the sought after Punta d’Oro gated community near Porto Vecchio, this exceptional sea view villa brings together generous proportions, refined comfort, and superb leisure amenities in one of southern Corsica’s most desirable coastal settings. The villa accommodates up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms and seven full bathrooms, with an additional half bathroom. The principal suite features a king size bed and a bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, while the remaining bedrooms include queen accommodations and one dorm style room with four single beds, each of which with a full bathroom including a shower (or two showers in the case of the dorm).

One queen bedroom is accessed from the exterior (and as mentioned above with its own full bathroom). There is another room accessed from the outside and normally occupied by the gouvernante but which can, depending on the arrangement, be made available to bring the total number of guests to 16. Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms and in the kitchen/dining room.

Outdoor living is a defining feature of the property. On the elevated floor of the property there are floor to ceiling sliding window doors that open on expansive terrasses. On the lower level each bedroom has direct access to terrasses via floor to ceiling sliding window doors as well. A private tennis court adds a rare resort style amenity, while the fully equipped pool house besides the 20-meter pool elevates warm weather entertaining with a rotisserie, bbq and plancha grill, refrigerator, wine cellar and wet bar (including an ice machine and a dishwasher). There is also a petanque court, typically used at dusk for very French parties de boules.

From the villa, sea views enhance the atmosphere throughout the day, while direct walking access to the beach, approximately 300 meters away through the private estate, completes the home’s exceptional coastal appeal.
