Set on the seventh floor of Peninsula Grand in Cozumel’s northern hotel zone, Villa Paradiso offers an elevated oceanfront setting approximately 2.5 miles north of town by owner estimate. Expansive windows frame the Caribbean from the main living spaces and all three bedrooms, while the private balcony provides a front-row setting for morning coffee, passing cruise ships, and sunsets over the water.

The open living and dining area is arranged to keep the sea in view throughout the day. Sliding glass doors extend the space onto the balcony, and the dining table seats six with three additional places at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a cooktop, oven, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, and blender.

Three bedrooms accommodate up to six members, each with a king bed, private full bathroom, and ocean views. The primary suite opens directly to the oceanfront balcony and includes a bathtub. A fourth full bathroom is located off the main living area, providing added convenience for groups. The single-level interior is served by an elevator within the building.

Members have access to a shared heated oceanfront pool, furnished pool deck, fitness room, and community game room with Ping-Pong, a pool table, and a gaming table. Three ladder-access points lead directly into the sea for swimming and snorkeling. An onsite chef is available six days a week by advance reservation, with the option to arrange delivery to the condo or dine beneath the shared palapa.

A waterfront pedestrian path connects the building with restaurants, shopping, and central San Miguel de Cozumel. The condo includes high-speed wireless internet, a Smart TV with streaming access, air conditioning, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Electric tankless hot water may require the tap to run for three to five minutes before warming. Pets are not permitted.
