Our quiet, light filled beach home is an incredibly spacious condominium. A rarity for a two bedroom, two and a half bath apartment in a beach front building in Miami Beach. The building is on the ocean side of Collins Avenue. A short walk north or south will give you access to the beaches' plentiful Citibikes (aka. Deco-bikes) It is located mid-beach, a mile and a half north of the famous Fountainbleu hotel and resort.
You are welcomed into a great room with a dining area that comfortably seats 8, a large living room with TV/DVD/Roku Box and a second sitting area, all attached to a comfortably furnished north-facing balcony (limited views).
At over 1,700 SF (158m2) there is plenty of room for a couple or family with children (like ours). The great room is spacious enough to accommodate an aero-bed and has a pull out queen size couch. There is a half bath located near the living kitchen space.
Unfortunately, as large as it is, we cannot accommodate groups who wish to host a party or young spring break enthusiasts. It is for families or mature adults traveling together who will enjoy Miami and it's environs and will return to the quiet of the apartment. Pets are absolutely prohibited in the building.
If you are not out enjoying the limitless dining options, our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need for cooking indoors. Cookware, coffee maker, electric kettle, French press, classic stove top espresso pot, blender, etc. or you can barbeque on the patio/picnic area by the pool. The Master has a king sized bed with a large en-suite bathroom with private toilet and bidet space. In the master closet, you will find a printer for work needs, a pack-n-play for infant travelers, and a hotel-style safe to secure passports/valuables, (though the apartment is in a safe, secure building).
The guest room has two queen-sized beds with attached bathroom. A washer/dryer is located across from the kitchen and ample towels & linens are provided. We provide beach-towels, beach chairs, coolers and plenty of family games for rainy days. WiFi is available and included.
The location is ideally situated on a quiet portion of the beach and yet close to all the great Miami Beach attractions; a 5 minute drive to the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc Hotels; 10 minutes to Lincoln Road; 15 minutes to Miami’s world-renowned Joe’s Stone Crab at the southern most end of Miami Beach; a 10 minute drive to the design district; or travel north 15-20 minutes to Bal Harbor and Aventura. It is close to endless excellent restaurants, from local ethnic food purveyors to award wining top rated restaurants. For Golfers, there are several nearby options: Miami Beach Golf Club, Normandy Shores, and farther afield The Biltmore or Crandon Golf Key Biscayne.
Travel around is easy by Uber, bus and taxi, or pick up a citibike for rent at nearby kiosks and explore the area in the fresh air. Travel from Miami International Airport (14 miles) or Fort Lauderdale International Airport 932 miles) is straightforward and easy. MIA offers inexpensive public transportation to the beach. NO PARKING IS AVAILABLE

• There is public parking and limited street parking within 10 blocks. We do not have a garage that can accommodate overnight guests, as it is very small and the spots are owner occupied.
NOTE: No parking is available. It is important to note there is currently no working elevator to the apartment. The apartment is a 4 floor walk up. The pool is pending Miami permitting and unavailable.
