Set directly on Katiet Beach on Sipora Island, this private villa places the Indian Ocean at the center of each day. Lance’s Left and Bintangs can be seen from the front deck, a white-sand beach break lies directly outside, and Lance’s Right is approximately five minutes away by scooter. The private pool and sunset deck complete a setting shaped around surf, sea and island life.

Inspired by traditional Indonesian Joglo architecture, the timber residence pairs a distinctive exterior with bright contemporary interiors and a ceiling rising approximately 7.5 meters. The open living, dining and kitchen areas flow toward the pool and ocean, with natural wood, woven lighting and wide openings reinforcing the indoor-outdoor connection. A pool table and television add easy evening entertainment.

The villa accommodates up to ten guests across three enclosed queen bedrooms and a spacious 50-square-meter mezzanine furnished with two king beds. Each queen bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, creating three full bathrooms in total. Air conditioning is provided in every bedroom, with two additional units serving the main living area and mezzanine.

Outdoor living extends across the beachfront deck, private pool and shaded lounge areas overlooking the water. Guests can use the snorkeling equipment, ice bath, Weber barbecue and fully equipped gym. Families also have access to a custom swing and ring set, monkey bars, trampoline and 30-meter zip line, along with board games for quieter time indoors.

The villa is designed particularly well for surf-focused groups, with several celebrated Mentawai breaks close at hand. Scooters and dirt bikes fitted with board racks are available to rent, while cleaning, food-preparation assistance and grounds care are included. Beyond the waves, days can be spent snorkeling, training, swimming or simply watching the light change across Katiet Beach.

Important Information:
Travel to Katiet requires advance planning and typically takes approximately 5.5 to 6 hours from Minangkabau International Airport (PDG). The journey includes a 30 to 45-minute transfer to the Padang ferry terminal, a 3.5 to 4-hour fast-boat crossing to Sipora Island and a final 45 to 90-minute transfer to the villa. An overnight stay in Padang may be required due to limited ferry schedules. All transportation should be coordinated before arrival, as schedules can change with weather and sea conditions.
