Peek'n Peak Ski and Golf Resort
Resort home is located at the Peek'n Peak Ski and Golf Resort & Spa. It is situated on the ski slopes and across the street from the 9th tee box. Peek'n Peak has two golf courses. The upper course is a 4.5/5 Golf Digest rated course. The PGA Web.com tour will be hosted on this course in July 2016.
The lower course is a 3/5 Golf Digest rated course. Guests have access to all Resort amenities, including Tennis, Fitness Center, Spa, 2 Golf courses, indoor pool, indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, putt putt, playground, video room, several restaurants and more. See Resort website below.
This condo features a private hot tub facing ski slopes. It is one of two condos that has a private hot tub.
First floor: Large flat screen TV in living room, wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, master bedroom with king bed, full bath with walk-in shower and separate tub, double vanity, washer and dryer and extra half bath. Living room has queen sofa and single sleeper sofa. New carpeting installed September 2015.
Upper floor: Three bedrooms. First bedroom is an enclosed loft bedroom with a queen bed. Second bedroom has a trundle bed with full on top and twin on bottom. Third bedroom has a queen bed. Full bath with double sinks.
Lower level: Walk out basement and ski right out your backdoor. Pool table, second living room, bedroom with full bed, full bath, second refrigerator and second washer and dryer. Plenty of hooks and storage for ski/golf equipment. Private hot tub just outside the door.
Great Lodge that can accommodate a large group wanting to have a fun time in a beautiful part of New York. Fun skiing in the winter. Great golf, tennis, and lake and beach activities in Summer and Autumn. Autumn colors are outstanding. Casino and Horse tracks are nearby. Presque Isle Beaches will make you think you are on the gulf coast.
