We had a wonderful time here, the house is very spacious and has the most comfortable beds fullstop. Location is suburban, perfect for bike rides, and not far down the road by car to stunning Hanalei Bay and its village. A fantastic stay!”

Lovely stay

I always enjoy returning to this property in Princeville. The master suite is wonderful with a nice sized bedroom and bathroom with soaking tub and huge shower. There are also 3 additional small bedrooms 2 with with queen beds and one with bunk beds that share a bathroom. The house is in a lovely family neighborhood with nice neighbors. The hot tub didn’t work during this stay unfortunately but the property manager tried to get it going. The home was remodeled since our last stay. The hot tub was moved from a balcony off the master to near the garage. The balcony is now a 4th bedroom.. a nice house for 2 couples or family’s. ”

A beautiful get-away on the north side of Kauai

The home is situated on the north side of the island which was the perfect location for us. It's beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Diana the manager is a gem - so willing to help and so wonderfully engaged. It is in the middle of a subdivision which is why I've only given it 4 stars, I thought from the photos that it was a little more remote or removed. There are houses everywhere. People are super nice, but it's not secluded at all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this stay. Diana will make you so comfortable and you feel so cared for it's just amazing. ”

Great Week

The house is beautiful and everything about the week was great. It was just my wife and I but the home could definitely accommodate multiple families. The additional items like snorkel gear, bikes, paddle boards, boogie boards and surf boards were really nice to have. Princeville is a really nice area and close to a lot of great thing to do. Would highly recommend this place. ”

Fabulous Home

We enjoyed our stay in Kauai at this fabulous home. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room for. everyone. We especially appreciated all the equipment such as bikes, snorkel gear, and boards (surf, paddle and boogie).. We ate at the St. Regis for several meals and it was always amazing. The kitchen in the home was very nice to cook in as well. We plan to return again when we come back to Kauai.”

We loved staying here. It is a great location on the north shore, close to some of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and beach toys to use was a big plus. ”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kauai Villa. The house was very nice, and the location was ideal on the north part of the island. Access to ample beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling equipment) was a real plus! ”

One of our favorite properties

We love everything about our stay at this beautiful villa! The location, which is just 5 minutes away from Hanalei, cannot be beat in all of Hawaii. We love the hot tub steps away from the master suite, the open floor plan with the living room, dining room and kitchen and of course the gorgeous ocean view. It is very peaceful listening to the bids singing. There is.incredible hiking nearby and good restaurants including the absolute best brunch offering a true feast at The Regency Hotel. We are healthy eaters and couldn't get enough of the fresh juice bar in Hanalei and the daily specials for lunch at the health food store. There is a chocolate farm nearby with yummy treats and cartons of fresh coconut. We hope to return again to this lovely home!”

Great Property & Property Manager

This property was the perfect home-base for our recent visit to Kauai. The spacious property had the perfect layout with four bedrooms and a living room on the main level and a kitchen, dining room, wrap-around lanai, and secondary living room on the second level. The villa has peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the top floor and everything you will need to have a great time. It was cleaned perfectly, well-equipped, and located on a quiet street. We will definitely return.”

The perfect romantic getaway!

We loved everything about this home in Kauai. It had a lovely open kitchen and living room areas with a view of the ocean. The hot tub was wonderful with the sounds of birds singing. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with keurig coffee. The location just a few minutes from Hanalei cannot be beat! We hope to visit again! Thank you for a lovely week in paradise! ”
