This updated first-floor corner condominium places the ocean, local shops and restaurants close at hand, with a private balcony that brings the shoreline into daily view.

The open-plan living area is brightened by glass doors to the balcony and enjoys beach views from nearly every seat. A 75-inch smart television and queen sleeper sofa create an easy space for downtime, while the adjacent dining table seats six. The full kitchen includes updated appliances, granite countertops and breakfast-bar seating for three.

Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms accommodate up to eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, television and direct balcony access, along with an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a tub-shower combination. A second king bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds share the hall bathroom. The queen sleeper sofa provides flexible additional accommodation.

The balcony is the home’s natural gathering place, arranged with six bar-height Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining table for eight. Within the building, guests also have access to an elevator and two reserved covered parking spaces. The garage has a six-foot height clearance and may not suit larger vehicles.

A neighbouring condominium is currently being remodelled. The unit itself is unaffected, though occasional construction noise may be heard.

The condominium is elevator-accessible but is not ADA compliant. Two covered parking spaces are provided for regular-sized vehicles; the garage has a maximum clearance of six feet. Pets are not permitted.
