We had a challenging stay. The fireplace did not work, and we had an issue with the frig. The description includes information on the Ritz, but guests are not able to use the Ritz accommodation unless they purchase a spa pass. It should be expressly stated that guests are not guests of the Ritz. This information is only provided after the stay is booked. In addition, there were ongoing repairs, and the gondola to Northstar was not running. ”

Best Northstar Location

Prime location at Northstar ski resort. Very low occupancy at the property but staff was very attentive and friendly. Would love to return when the snow returns!”

Very restful summer stay

Lovely unit high-up the mountain at Northstar on the ground floor with a lawn and kids games right outside.. Friendly and accomodating owner. Access to the Ritz Carlton pool and spa (but not the beach club). We stayed in summer but in winter, you could probably literally ski out of the unit itself down to the lift.”

Perfection!

Ritz Carleton Condo: Perfection! My sister and I stayed for a week and managed to get in the tail end of the ski season. The ski valet service was amazing. We came out each morning to fresh coffee and dry boots and all we had to do was walk up the incline and ski down to the lifts. The condo was spacious with excellent appliances and comfortable beds. It was tastefully decorated and ideal for relaxation. We soaked in the hot tubs and thought about a cool dip in the pool! The parking valet service was seamless, a quick call to the concierge and our car appeared with fresh bottles of water ready for exploring. We hope to visit again sometime. ”
