Description

Lake Garda Terrace Villa

“There’s never a bad time to visit Lake Garda.” Condé Nast Traveller

Highlights:

• Panoramic Lake Garda views from an expansive 200 square metre terrace with private swimming pool

• Three private bedroom suites complemented by natural materials, elegant wood furnishings and considered modern comforts

• Shaded olive tree relaxation spaces and generous outdoor living designed for peaceful days beside the lake

This sophisticated Lake Garda retreat pairs contemporary comfort with a setting shaped by water, mountains, olive trees and open sky. From its elevated outlook, the lake becomes a constant visual presence, reflecting changing light throughout the day and giving the home a calm, expansive atmosphere.

Inside, approximately 1,507 square feet of living space are arranged with understated refinement. Three double bedrooms each have a private bathroom, while a separate television room with a sofa can provide additional sleeping space when required. The modern kitchen centres on an island, complemented by a pantry, laundry room and separate toilet. Natural fabrics, carefully chosen mattresses and elegant wooden furnishings reinforce the home's connection to its surroundings.

Outdoors, a 200 square metre panoramic terrace creates an impressive setting for unhurried days. The swimming pool, barbecue area and shaded sun loungers beneath the olive trees invite long afternoons overlooking Lake Garda, whether for quiet relaxation or shared meals in the open air.

Comfort is considered throughout the property, with underfloor heating and cooling, whole house ventilation, mosquito nets on terrace doors, and curtains across windows and glazed doors. The result is a composed, high quality retreat where thoughtful design supports both restorative time at home and days spent exploring the lake, mountain trails and landscapes that define Brenzone sul Garda.

It is a home designed for lingering breakfasts, restorative swims, memorable evenings outdoors, and an unhurried rhythm framed throughout by the beauty of Lake Garda.
