Approximately 4,000 coffee plants and tropical forest surround the home, creating a secluded setting with mountain, valley and forest views.

The approximately 1,000-square-foot, single-level farmhouse features vaulted wood ceilings, warm hardwood finishes and a full kitchen with granite counters and bar seating. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while a queen pullout sofa provides an additional sleeping option. Maximum occupancy is limited to two guests.

Outdoor spaces include a private plunge pool, sun deck and covered creekside pavilion set beside the property’s stream. Hammocks and additional porch seating provide places to relax among the gardens, coffee rows and surrounding forest. Toucans, caracaras, hawks and pizotes are regularly seen around the estate.

The property operates fully off-grid with a 16kW solar system and spring-fed water serving both the farmhouse and coffee irrigation. A private gated access road adds to the quiet setting, with no through traffic or shared driveway.

Nauyaca Waterfalls is approximately 2 miles away for hiking and swimming, while Dominical Beach is about 40 minutes away for surfing and time along the Pacific coast. Tinamastes and San Isidro de El General provide additional options for local dining, markets and services.
