Hogsview is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath single-level home in Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island, accommodating up to seven guests. The home overlooks Penneshaw Beach and the ocean, with the beach approximately a two-minute walk away and the town center and ferry terminal within easy walking distance.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is oriented toward the water, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the coastal views. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances, while indoor and outdoor dining areas provide plenty of space for shared meals. Wi-Fi, Netflix and a Bose surround sound system add convenience for relaxed evenings at home.

Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third has a bunk bed, providing four beds in total. The main bedroom features a panoramic window overlooking Penneshaw Beach and the ocean. Two full bathrooms and one half bath serve the home, and the single-level layout has no interior stairs.

The living area opens directly onto a private deck with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ overlooking the coastline. A private backyard provides additional outdoor space, and beach essentials including towels, chairs and an umbrella are available for days by the water.

Penneshaw Beach is approximately a two-minute walk away, while the Kangaroo Island Sculpture Trail, ferry terminal, cafés, shops and town center are about five to ten minutes away on foot. Guests can swim, walk nearby coastal trails or explore Penneshaw before setting out across Kangaroo Island. A car is recommended for exploring the wider island.
