The sleeping arrangement includes two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and a fourth room with a bunk bed. A queen pull-out in the fourth room provides an additional sleeping option, while maximum occupancy remains eight. Three full bathrooms serve the home.

Outdoor living centers on the private in-ground pool and hot tub, complemented by an expansive deck, gas grill and outdoor dining area. Kayaks are available for exploring Prince Cove and the waters around Osterville, adding another way to experience the surrounding Cape Cod landscape.
