The single-level residence combines mountain views, landscaped desert surroundings and generous indoor-outdoor spaces for a relaxing stay in northeast Tucson.

The bright interior features multiple gathering areas, a fireplace and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Large windows bring the surrounding desert landscape into view, while central air conditioning, Wi-Fi and multiple Smart TVs provide everyday comfort. The solar-powered home also offers step-free access.

Four bedrooms include one king room and three queen rooms. Three full bathrooms and one half bath serve the residence. A twin sleeper sofa in the front living room provides an additional sleeping option but is not included in the listed maximum occupancy of eight guests.

Outdoor living centers around a private 35,000-plus-gallon swimming pool and spa framed by manicured desert gardens and mountain views. A covered patio provides space for outdoor dining, while poolside loungers offer a sunny place to relax. Pool heating is available for an additional fee and is not offered from November through February. The pool and spa share a heating system and cannot be heated simultaneously.
