Description

Equity Residences, Renaissance Retreat in the Heart of Florence

Highlights
• Exceptional central Florence location just a two-minute walk from the Duomo

• Carefully restored interiors featuring authentic frescoes from the original 16th-century palace

• Private balcony with views of the Duomo and easy walking access to Florence’s celebrated landmarks

Set in the historic heart of Florence, this elegant three-bedroom apartment offers a distinctive combination of Renaissance character and modern comfort just moments from the Duomo. Occupying the first floor of a historic palazzo, the residence underwent a careful five-year remodel that preserved remarkable original frescoes once belonging to the palace’s 16th-century library.

Historic details lend a sense of place throughout the apartment, complemented by hardwood floors, contemporary bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. A private balcony provides views toward the Duomo, whose iconic dome rises just a two-minute walk from the property. Elevator access adds welcome convenience, particularly when arriving with luggage.

The apartment offers three spacious bedrooms with flexible accommodations for families and groups. The primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and flatscreen TV. A second bedroom offers a king bed that can be separated into two twins upon request, while the third includes another king bed and a pull-out sofa. A high chair and Pack ’n Play can also be provided upon request at no additional charge.

The location makes exploring Florence remarkably easy. Michelangelo’s David at the Galleria dell’Accademia is approximately three to four minutes away on foot, while Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery can be reached in roughly eight to ten minutes. Continue toward the Arno and the historic Ponte Vecchio is less than a 15-minute walk away.

With Renaissance history incorporated into the residence itself and many of Florence’s defining sights just beyond the door, this apartment provides a character-rich base for discovering the city on foot.

** The property is within Florence’s ZTL limited-traffic zone, where unauthorized vehicle access is restricted.
