Set high above Avoriaz, this bright and welcoming 62 square metre apartment combines sweeping Alpine views with a thoughtfully renovated interior designed for comfortable mountain living. Positioned on the seventh floor of one of the resort’s highest residences, the home enjoys a peaceful setting and exceptional outlooks across the surrounding peaks and resort.

Completely renovated in 2024, the apartment features warm aged oak flooring, quality furnishings and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. The inviting living area opens onto a sunny balcony with loungers, creating a wonderful place to appreciate the mountain scenery. An equipped contemporary kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, Smeg kettle, blender and raclette machine, complemented by an oak dining table for shared meals.

Three bedrooms are arranged across two independent sleeping areas, offering additional privacy for families or groups of up to six. The principal suite features a queen sized bed, generous wardrobe space, private balcony access and a bathroom where the shower itself enjoys views towards the Alps. A separate area contains a double bedroom with desk and storage, plus a twin bedroom whose beds can be combined. A second bathroom completes this section.
