This 2,200-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is set on Harstine Island in Washington’s South Puget Sound. Spanning two levels and accommodating up to sixteen guests, the home combines generous gathering spaces with access to beaches, trails, docks and recreation within the Hartstene Pointe community.

The main living and dining spaces provide plenty of room for families and groups to gather, while a separate recreation area expands the entertainment options. A private home theater, foosball table, arcade cabinet, Xbox, board games and children’s toys offer activities for evenings and quieter days, while a Harry Potter-themed space under the stairs adds a playful feature for younger guests.

The four bedrooms include one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and two bedrooms with two queen beds each. Two sofa beds provide additional sleeping options. Two full bathrooms serve the home, creating a flexible layout for extended families and larger groups.

A covered wraparound deck extends the living space outdoors with seating and a BBQ grill. Within the community, guests have access to a seasonal swimming pool, shared hot tub, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, playground, walking trails, beach access and docks. The clubhouse also offers a pool table, ping pong and game areas, while bikes and paddleboards are available for exploring the island and surrounding waters.

Harstine Island offers a quiet South Puget Sound setting centered around forests, beaches and marine recreation. Harstine Island State Park and Jarrell Cove State Park provide nearby opportunities for hiking, beach exploration, swimming, fishing, paddling and wildlife watching.
