Set across 10 scenic acres on the banks of the Weber River, Moose Hollow is an authentic log cabin retreat surrounded by the rugged beauty of Weber Canyon. Mountain slopes, forest, and river scenery create a peaceful backdrop in historic Oakley, while fishing, horseback riding, hiking, and year-round recreation begin just beyond the door.

The main cabin combines classic Western character with plenty of room for families and groups. A spacious living area provides a comfortable place to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen makes extended stays and shared meals easy. Outside, mornings can begin on the deck overlooking the mountain landscape, while evenings invite a soak in the hot tub or time around the fire pit beneath the open Utah sky.

Sleeping arrangements in the main cabin accommodate up to 14 guests across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a separate nook with two sets of bunk beds, while each of the additional bedrooms pairs a king bed with a set of bunks. For groups exceeding 14 guests, the separate bunkhouse expands the property’s capacity to 22 with two queen beds and four single beds. The bunkhouse also includes its own entrance, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, television, and internet, creating a more independent space within the property.

Moose Hollow is particularly well suited to guests who want to spend their stay outdoors. The Weber River runs directly alongside the property, offering convenient access to exceptional trout fishing. Guests traveling with horses can bring them along and ride from the property toward trails in the Uinta Mountains. The cabin also provides cornhole, horseshoes, pickleball equipment, board games, walking sticks, and roasting sticks for evenings around the fire.

Beyond the property, Smith and Morehouse Reservoir offers fishing and paddleboarding, while Jordanelle and Rockport reservoirs provide additional opportunities for days on the water. Park City and Deer Valley are approximately 20 minutes away for skiing and winter recreation, as well as dining, shopping, and exploring historic Main Street. With mountain adventure in nearly every direction and the Weber River at its doorstep, Moose Hollow offers a spacious base for experiencing this quieter side of the Wasatch and Uinta region.
