This two-bedroom, two-bath residence at Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge offers approximately 1,399 square feet for up to six guests. Located in the heart of Mountain Village at the base of Telluride Ski Resort, the residence combines ski-in/ski-out access with the services and shared amenities of the lodge.

The residence includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room centered around a natural gas stone fireplace. Large windows bring the alpine setting into the living spaces, while a private balcony provides additional room to enjoy the mountain air. A washer and dryer are located within the residence for added convenience.

Both bedrooms feature king beds and private en suite bathrooms, with one king bed able to be configured as two twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The bathrooms include generous finishes, with a Jacuzzi or whirlpool bath among the listed features.

Guests have access to shared lodge amenities including an indoor/outdoor heated pool, five hot tubs, sauna, steam room and fitness center. Spa treatments are available through Himmel Spa, while concierge service, complimentary ski valet, pre-arrival vacation planning and grocery shopping and delivery services add convenience throughout the stay.

Mountain Village provides direct access to Telluride Ski Resort along with dining, shopping and year-round mountain recreation.
